ALEXANDRIA, VA (July 17, 2018) – NTP Events, the leader in the face-to-face events industry, announces the addition of an event services department to its company structure. The department was developed with an eye toward emphasizing the importance NTP Events places on providing excellent service to its customers.
The new department will be led by Jenny Bogue who was recently promoted to Director of Event Services. Jenny, who has been with the company for 19 years, will lead a staff with a wealth of service experience at NTP Events.
“As one of NTP Event’s founding principles, our clients and the events we manage have always enjoyed a competitive advantage in receiving outstanding customer service,” said Chris Harar, President of NTP Events. “Having a formal event services department allows us to clarify our priorities and provide a dedicated team to our customers moving forward. Jenny will be an exceptional leader in ensuring that our clients continue to receive service that is unmatched in the marketplace.”
Previously housed within separate departments, the change allows the newly formed Event Services team to leverage their dedication to customers in a more streamlined way within the adjusted organizational structure.
