ALEXANDRIA, VA (February 26, 2016) — National Trade Productions, Inc. (NTP), the leader in the face-to-face events industry, today announced the promotion of Chris Harar to President of NTP Events. In this role, Chris will oversee the Events Division, including all show management, personnel and administration. Chris will provide leadership working strategically with the Event Services teams to ensure outstanding customer service through the management of NTP’s Client Care Program.

During his time at NTP, Chris previously held positions of Corporate Vice President, Show Director, Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager. Prior to joining NTP, Chris worked as an Account Executive at CSG Creative. He also served as Show Program Coordinator at The Vision Council. Chris completed IAEE’s Krakoff Leadership Institute in 2008. As a member of IAEE, he served as a member of the Awards Committee from 2010-2013. Chris has completed multiple leadership trainings at the Bell Leadership Institute in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and has achieved Villanova University’s Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership.
